QUESTION:  What is a burial vault and why do I need one?

ANSWER:  Many Cemeteries require an outer container to maintain the stability of the gravesite by preventing the earth from crushing the casket.  An airtight vault will also keep water out and preserve the casket longer.

Click on the metal vault pictures and you'll be directed to the Clark Vault webpage, where you can view all of their product offerings.

WHY CHOOSE A CLARK?

The curved dome and elevated base keeps air pressure steady and water from rising inside.  Every Clark vault must pass an immersion test in six feet of water before leaving the factory.  They are also subjected to 5,000 pounds of pressure and other rigorous tests to ensure airtightness, water resistance and durability.  Every seam is welded inside and out for added strength, rigidity, and overall longevity.  A durable, powder-coated finish resists chipping and helps the vault last longer underground.

When you purchase a vault from the Cemetery, you will receive free use of our tent for a graveside service!!(From April 1 to October 31).  Also, full burial vaults are eligible for our interest free installment plan.

FIBERGLASS OR METAL VAULTS ARE REQUIRED FOR OUR HILLSIDE GRAVES BECAUSE OF THEIR LIGHT WEIGHT AND EASE OF INSTALLATION.

The Sentry fiberglass vault is an economical alternative for a grave vault.  They do not rust, impervious to water, engineered to withstand the weight of the earth and heavy equipment.
